Always Watching

Nicely done book.
Spoiler –
I gave it lower than 4 stars only because of the type of people that were the criminals. I figured out about half way through that there were multiple criminals and that there was a stalker and a killer which were two different people. I didn’t get that there were actually 3. That was fine, but at the end the 2nd stalker, which really was the 1st stalker, could ditch a seasoned-trained bodyguard (ex police) with ease, move through a huge church with security cameras. The killer could sneak up on a seasoned-trained bodyguard and actual police. This is unrealistic, I know it is a book, but if you go through the hassle of putting it in the real world, with real locations, with real police forces, it should be realistic criminals.
And they way that the bodyguards didn’t do checks on things is amazing. They are suppose to be pretty good, but they don’t even do vehicle sweeps. After someone tries to blow you up, you would think they are checking everything, but no. Even towards the end, they don’t do a sweep of the boat even after there was an intruder on the property the night before. It was a real shame about these missteps because the rest of the book was great. But if you can’t finish the book right then all the rest falls flat.
